Why this call mattersÂ
If you're like most people I talk to, your cabinet already looks like a pharmacy — a stack of supplements you're taking on the hope that one of them does something, without really knowing why, at what dose, or whether the formulation is even right for you. Most of the time it isn't. That's not helping you at all. It's just expensive urine and worse, it often ends up working against you, especially if you don't know which area you need to focus on improving.
Here's where your blood results come in: 9 out of 10 people I speak to have had bloodwork that came back "normal." Normal enough that the GP doesn't need to medicate, nothing was flagged as being problematic for fertility and so, nothing was prescribed.
But normal isn't the same as optimal, and buried in those results are usually subtle signs that your hormones aren't firing the way they need to for you to be able to get pregnant and stay pregnant. Find those, correct them, and things often start moving in a very different direction.

Together we'll go through your full picture — your history, your results, what's already been tried and what hasn't. I’ll identify the gaps that are most likely holding you back, the things no one else has spotted, explained in plain English, not medical jargon. You'll get my honest clinical read on what's actually going on and what I'd address first.
You'll leave with something concrete, no more guesswork, random supplements, or waiting to see what happens.  Most women come to this call feeling overwhelmed and leave feeling back in control, with a clear roadmap built around their specific situation— not vague reassurance, but an actual understanding of what's been getting in the way and what to do about it.

Before we speak, I go through your questionnaire and any test results, so the call itself is spent on what matters, answers, not admin.
This makes sure that when we sit down together, we're both ready to do the real work.
If you decide to join the programme, the £120 comes straight off your programme fee. If you decide it's not right for you, you leave with a full plan of the next steps you can take to move forward.
You can rebook your appointment slot or cancel with 24 hours and receive a full refund, this fee becomes non refundable if you don't show up, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice — by that point I've already done all the work and prepared for our call.Â
