Why this call mattersÂ
If you're like most people I talk to, your cabinet already looks like a pharmacy — a stack of supplements you're taking on the hope that one of them does something, without really knowing why, at what dose, or whether the formulation is even right for you. Most of the time it isn't. Before we speak, I go through your questionnaire and any test results, so the call itself is spent on what matters, answers, not admin.
This isn't a fee for the call. It's what makes sure that when we sit down together, we're both ready to do the real work.
If you decide to join the programme, it comes straight off your programme fee. If you decide it's not right for you, it's refunded in full.
The only time it isn't refunded is if you don't show up, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice — by that point I've already prepared for our call.
