27-28 October 2026 · 7:00pm BST · Online · Free
A free two-day live masterclass for women who have lost more than one pregnancy, who keep going to work and saying "I'm fine," and who are quietly wondering what to do differently before trying again.
Day 1 with Annika Palmer and Claire Eyre
The day back at work after a loss, the bracing for bad news before you let yourself hope. We'll name the grief you're carrying and what it does to your body, why hope and heartbreak can show up in the same day, and simple things you can do to get through your next appointment, test and hard day.
Day 2 with Claire Eyre
The months of testing, Googling and wondering what was missed. We'll look at your body, cycle, history and previous investigations together, so you know what may need a closer look and where to start before another pregnancy.

You went back to work the day after, and someone asked if you'd had a good weekend.
You said "yes, thanks." Then you answered emails in a body that felt like it belonged to someone else.
Or it's the staff room. Someone announces she's expecting, everyone cheers, and you arrange your face into the right shape and make your tea. You are happy for her. You are also holding it together until you reach the car.
You've said "it was still early" so many times it stopped sounding like your own voice. You've said "at least I know I can get pregnant" because it gave the other person somewhere to go.
Now you brace for bad news before you've let yourself hope. And when you do hope, guilt arrives right behind it, as if hoping might jinx it.
Your body is part of this too. The tight chest before a scan. Checking every twinge at 3am. A tiredness that sleep doesn't touch.
Recurrent loss isn't one heartbreak. It's several, stacked, each one reopening the last. The people around you ran out of things to say, so the conversation quietly stopped.
Join me on 27th October for The Space Between, a live hour built for that conversation.
DAY 1 - The Space in Between: Grief, hope, & trying again after recurrent loss
With Annika Palmer, Specialist pregnancy & infant loss grief coach, and Claire Eyre
What you'll take away
- A name for what you're carrying, anticipatory grief, and the relief of seeing it as a protective response rather than a flaw
- Why this grief doesn't get easier with repetition, and why that was never a fair thing to expect of yourself
- Why grief moves back and forth between facing the loss and turning toward life, so hope and heartbreak in the same day stops meaning you're doing it wrong
- Gentle practices you can use for before your next appointment, your next test, your next hard day
You'll leave feeling less alone, and able to hold your grief and your hope in the same hand without needing one to cancel out the other.
This session is free, live and held with trauma-informed care. You can keep your camera off, stay silent, or just listen. Nobody expects you to have moved on by the end of it. It's an hour built for this exact grie
When "Everything Looks Normal" Still Leaves You Without Answers
You sat in the appointment and heard "your results are normal." You left with no explanation and the advice to keep trying.
So you do, and every month looks the same. Testing every morning, holding the test up to the light, comparing today's line with yesterday's. Googling every twinge. Searching what to avoid in early pregnancy, in case something you did is the reason.
In Day 2, Claire shows you how she looks at the whole picture: your previous losses, cycle, symptoms, blood results, investigations and your partner's health, to understand what may deserve a closer look before you try again. Because "unexplained" doesn't have to mean there's nothing left to explore.
Join me on 28th October for The Missing Pieces: What "Normal" Results Can't Tell You, & Where To Start Before Trying Again, a live hour focused on where to start and what to do next.
DAY 2 - The missing pieces: What "normal" results can't tell you, & where to start before trying again
With Claire Eyre, NMC-registered midwife and preconceptual health specialist
Your tests came back "normal." And you are still losing pregnancies.
So every month, you do what you can with what you've got. You cross your fingers. You check your body for symptoms: are your breasts sore, was that a twinge, did you feel sick this morning or did you imagine it?
You test every day and watch the line. Hoping it gets darker, terrified it starts to fade.
You Google pregnancy symptoms at midnight. You Google what to avoid in early pregnancy, and cut out the coffee, the gym and the hot bath, in case something you're doing is what makes it end.
And underneath it all is the question you keep asking: what if something was missed?
Day 2 is where you stop guessing and start looking.
- You'll learn how to look beyond individual test results at the wider picture: what your cycle and symptoms may be telling you, what to look back at in your previous blood tests and investigations, and why your partner belongs in the conversation.
- You'll see how egg health and sperm health fit in, how gut health, your nervous system and hormone balance may be contributing, and what to do if they are.
- You'll leave knowing where to start before you try again: what your results show, what may still need exploring, and the next steps to take. So the next attempt is made with a plan, not crossed fingers.
