1. Who we are
Fertility-Fit Ltd ("Fertility-Fit", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15970292, registered office Grenville House, 4 Grenville Avenue, Broxbourne, EN10 7DH. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and postal address.
- Booking and payment details: strategy call bookings, deposits and programme payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe and Kajabi; we never see or store your full card number.
- Questionnaire answers: the pre-call questionnaire and any intake forms.
- Health and fertility information: for example your reproductive history, pregnancy history, menstrual cycle, test results, medications, supplements and lifestyle. You may also tell us about your partner where relevant to your joint plan.
- Messages and call content: emails, messages and notes from calls with us.
Information collected automatically
- Website and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at our site.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, used only with your consent (see section 9).
- Course activity: your progress through programme videos and resources on Kajabi.
3. Health information
Health information is "special category data" under UK GDPR and receives extra protection. We only collect it with your explicit consent, which we ask for before you share it, and only use it to provide the education and support you have signed up for. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect anything done before you withdrew it, but we may no longer be able to provide personalised support.
If you share your partner's information, please make sure they are happy for you to do so.

We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run Fertility-Fit, acting on our instructions: Kajabi (website, courses, checkout and email), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (video calls), Mailgun (email delivery), Cloudflare (website security and performance) and Meta (advertising measurement, with consent).
- Professionals delivering parts of your programme, such as our partner grief counsellor, who receive only what they need to support you.
- Our accountants, insurers and professional advisers, where necessary.
- Authorities or others where the law requires it, or where we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
We will not share your information with your GP or any other healthcare provider without your permission, except where the law or a serious safeguarding concern requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
7. How long we keep it
- Programme and health records: 6 years after your programme ends.
- Financial records: 6 years, as required by HMRC.
- Strategy call bookings where you did not join a programme: 2 years.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then kept on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
After these periods we securely delete or anonymise your information.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email info@fertility-fit.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we would welcome the chance to put things right first.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make our website, checkout and course area work. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our adverts. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and change your choice at any time.
10. Security
We use reputable providers with strong security, restrict access to your information to those who need it, and use secure, password-protected systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
11. Children
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
