Before we meet

To make every minute of our call count, I'd love you to complete a short health questionnaire before our session.

This lets me review your history, symptoms, cycle patterns, and any previous test results in advance — so when we meet, we can get straight to what matters. No information gathering. Just clarity, insight, and a plan.

You're also welcome to upload any blood tests, scan reports, or clinic letters you already have. There's no need to have everything — share whatever feels relevant. 

What to expect on the call

This is an informed clinical conversation. I'll have reviewed your questionnaire in advance, and I'll be listening carefully — looking at the full picture and telling you honestly what I see, and what I think your next steps should be.
